These terms apply when you use the RestorePath marketing website at restorepath.io. By using the site you agree to them. If you do not agree, please stop using the site.

Using the RestorePath product (the backup platform itself) is governed by a separate Customer Agreement and Data Processing Addendum, signed when you onboard as a customer. Nothing on this website creates a contract for the product; it is marketing material only.

Who we are

The website is operated by JCR IT Services Pty Ltd t/a JCR Computers (JCR, we, us), an Australian company based in Rouse Hill, New South Wales.

What you can do

You may view the site, share links to its pages, and quote short excerpts for fair-dealing purposes (review, news reporting, study). You may not:

• Reproduce the site or substantial parts of it without our written permission.
• Scrape, crawl, or extract content at a rate that interferes with normal operation, or use automated tools to harvest email addresses or personal information.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive the source of any code served by the site beyond what is publicly published in our repositories.
• Use the site to do anything unlawful, infringing, or harmful.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, the systems that host it, or related services.

Content accuracy

We try to keep the website accurate and current, including product capabilities, pricing, and roadmap items. Information on the site is provided for general guidance, may change without notice, and does not form part of any contract. Pricing shown on the site is in Australian dollars and excludes GST unless stated otherwise. The final price, scope, and terms applicable to you will be set out in your quote or Customer Agreement.

Microsoft, Microsoft 365, Office 365, SharePoint, OneDrive, Outlook, and Teams are trademarks of Microsoft Corporation. Datto, Veeam, and Acronis are trademarks of their respective owners. Their mention on this site is for comparison and identification only and does not imply endorsement.

Third-party links

The site links to third-party websites (for example, Microsoft, OAIC, JCR Computers). We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of those sites.

Liability

We provide the website on an "as is" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we exclude all warranties, conditions, and representations not expressly stated in these terms. Nothing in these terms limits any consumer guarantee that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

We are not liable for any indirect, special, or consequential loss arising from your use of the website, including loss of data, loss of profit, or loss of business opportunity. Our total liability for any claim arising from the website is limited to AUD 100.

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. You and we submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales for any dispute that arises from the website.
